A ll fees, charges and services provided are explicitly and fully disclosed to clients before we accept an assignment, and will be agreed with you before we undertake any work for which you will be charged.
We declare any actual or potential conflict of interest to a client, and obtain your clearance to proceed before undertaking a recruitment brief.
We never undertake actions that may jeopardise a candidate’ employment. Similarly, we will not solicit, lure or entice candidates whom we have placed within the previous 12 months.
We do not despatch or refer any candidate's details to a client until the candidate has been contacted and permission received.
Before engaging a temporary/contract worker, that individual is given details of work conditions, the nature of the work to be undertaken, rates of pay and pay arrangements. Any variation to the engagement can only occur with prior notification to the temporary/contractor.
We abide by the provisions of all relevant legislation relating to our employment agency's licence, and equal opportunity and anti-discrimination legislation .
